American Airlines tells in-flight passengers to brace for emergency landing

Passengers on board an American Airlines flight that was travelling from Phoenix to Dallas were asked to brace up following an issue with a faulty fan compelled the airplane make an emergency landing on Wednesday.
The footage captured by a passenger portrayed that they were instructed by the crew about how they can adopt the ‘brace position for landing' and also requested to continue remaining in the posture till the airplane comes to a complete stop.

A flight of Malaysia Airlines that was heading to Kuala Lumpur from Sydney was forced to opt for an emergency landing at Alice Springs on Thursday.
Flight MH122 was carrying 224 passengers.
It had to be diverted to Alice Springs after one of the engines of the jet started making disturbing sounds, as per the latest reports of regional news agencies. One of the passengers told the media that all of a sudden his wife grew alarmed when she heard a banging sound.
