Air Algérie Direct Flights between Algiers and Doha's Hamad International Airport

As an extension of the strengthening of cooperation between Algeria and Qatar, the National Airline, Air Algérie, announces the launch of its new direct route between Algiers and Doha at the rate of two flights per week every Thursday and Saturday. It will be the 45th International route for Air Algerie.
The new direct route operates between Doha's Hamad International Airport - named the World's Best Airport by SKYTRAX for the second year in a row - and Algiers' Houari Boumediene Airport , departing DOH at 10:30 , arriving in ALG at 15:05 , with the return flight departing ALG at 00:45 a.m...

Malaysian Airlines Group purchases 20 new A330neo flights

20 new A330neo flights are acquired by Malaysia Aviation Group. It is part of their modernisation plan. They signed Memorandums of Understanding with Airbus, Rolls-Royce and Avolon. The aircraft is powered by Rolls Royce Trent 7000 engines. Malaysian airlines directly bought 10 aircraft from Airbus which includes a back-to-back sale and leaseback arrangement. The rest of the 10 flights are leased directly from Avolon.
The A330neo will replace the A330ceo fleet after the delivery. This will gradually start operating in the existing network throughout Asia, Oceania and the Middle Eastern...

Malaysia Airlines commemorated its inaugural flight to Haneda

Malaysia Airlines commemorated its inaugural direct flight MH36 between Kuala Lumpur and Tokyo Haneda with a send-off event at KL International Airport. The flight departed sharply at 2.45pm local time.
The passengers were then treated to specially choreograph cultural dance performances and goodie bags from Malaysia Airlines and Malaysia Airport Holdings Berhad.
